Voices in Educational Leadership

Welcome to my educational leadership blog. My name is Josué Rodríguez, and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree while working as a high school educator. This blog will serve as a space to reflect on leadership, higher education, organizational change, equity, and the evolving challenges within education.

Throughout this course, I hope to explore how effective leadership can create meaningful change for students, educators, and communities. I am especially interested in topics related to student success, culturally responsive leadership, organizational improvement, and educational equity.

As both a classroom teacher and educational leader, I believe leadership is about service, collaboration, and creating opportunities that allow all students to thrive. I look forward to using this space to connect course concepts to real-world educational experiences and to reflect on new ideas and perspectives gained throughout the term.
